If guests request a single room, an additional single supplement charge will apply.

The tour price listed in the price table is based on twin sharing (2 persons per room).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice following regulations from hotels, land operators, or airlines involved.

Prices are valid only for the stated travel period and do not apply during peak seasons, public holidays, or major local events/exhibitions.

Force Majeure refers to conditions beyond the control of Fame Tour Travels that may prevent the tour from operating as planned, such as natural disasters, severe weather, riots, sabotage, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, both parties will discuss and agree on the best possible solution.

Children 0 – 3 years old: Free of charge (all expenses are the responsibility of parents).

Children 4 – 9 years old:

• 50% of adult price (sharing bed with parents), or
• 75% of adult price (with an extra bed).

Children 10 years and above: 100% of the adult price.

All reservations must be confirmed by making a down payment to the company’s bank account.

Bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation and the down payment.

Fame Tours & Travel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the down payment is not received.

By making the down payment, the guest automatically agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.

• 25% cancellation fee of the total tour price if cancellation is made 30 days before departure.
• 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price if cancellation is made 21 days before departure.
• 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price if cancellation is made unilaterally by the participant.
• 100% cancellation fee if cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the participant’s arrival.
• Cancellation policy follows our standard trading terms.
• In the event of cancellation, the down payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• 50% down payment is required after booking confirmation.
