Force Majeure refers to conditions beyond the control of Fame Tour Travels that may prevent the tour from operating as planned, such as natural disasters, severe weather, riots, sabotage, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Day 01 :

Day 1 – Arrival in Tarakan – Transfer to Derawan Island

Your journey begins upon arrival at Tarakan Airport, where our friendly guide will greet you. A short drive will take you to SDF Harbor, followed by a scenic speedboat ride across the sea to Derawan Island.

Upon arrival, check in to your accommodation and enjoy free time to explore the island or simply relax by the beach. In the evening, enjoy dinner before resting for the night.

Day 02 :

Day 2 – Maratua – Kakaban – Sangalaki Island Tour

After breakfast, get ready for a full day of island hopping adventure.

Your first destination is Maratua Island, where you can enjoy snorkeling in its clear blue waters. Next, head to Kakaban Island, home to the unique jellyfish lake where you can swim safely among thousands of harmless jellyfish.

After lunch, continue to Sangalaki Island, one of the best spots to see manta rays. If you're lucky, you’ll have the chance to snorkel alongside these gentle giants.

Return to Derawan Island in the afternoon and enjoy your evening at leisure before dinner.

Day 03 :

Day 3 – Gusung Sanggalau & Snorkeling

After breakfast, you will visit Gusung Sanggalau, a beautiful sandbank that appears depending on sea conditions. Enjoy the scenic views and take stunning photos.

You will also have time for snorkeling around Derawan’s waters, exploring vibrant coral reefs and marine life. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore the island at your own pace.

Meals will be provided throughout the day.

Day 04 :

Day 4 – Derawan – Tarakan – Departure

After breakfast, it’s time to check out and say goodbye to Derawan Island. You will travel back to Tarakan by speedboat.

Before heading to the airport, enjoy a short city tour including visits to local souvenir shops and mangrove areas. Finally, transfer to Tarakan Airport for your departure.
